MEET YOUR TRAINER

On-Site Fitness was founded in 2024 by Christian (Chris) Goldie, who earned his bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2023, but has been passionate about health and fitness since the age of 12. 


Driven by a fascination with wellness and a desire to help people feel confident in their bodies, Chris began his career as a personal trainer working primarily with the aging population. During this time, he realized the three biggest barriers keeping people from the gym: cost, lack of motivation, and lack of time.


Determined to remove those obstacles, Chris created On-Site Fitness, a service that brings personalized training directly to your home, at fair prices, on a schedule that works for you. With the trainer in your living room, there’s no room for procrastination, only accountability, expertise, and results.

WHAT WE DO

At On-Site Fitness, we make fitness simple, accessible, and personalized. We bring the gym experience directly to your home, complete with all the equipment, expertise, and motivation you need to succeed.


Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training, improving balance, or simply moving with more confidence, we design customized workouts to fit your lifestyle. Alongside training, we provide nutritional guidance and accountability support to keep you on track.


From one-on-one sessions to duo or group training, our flexible packages are built to meet you where you are, helping you stay consistent, feel stronger, and enjoy lasting results.
